10:30 a.m. Deadline for checking in exhibits for morning judging
Noon Judges Break for Lunch
1:00 p.m. 4-H Static Exhibit & Communications Judging Reconvenes
2:00 p.m. Deadline for checking in static exhibits- exhibits arriving after this time will not be judged.
4:00 p.m. Static Exhibit Building CLOSED until State Fair Selection completed
Bucket Calf Interview Sign up-Deadline for Bucket Calf Entry at fairgrounds

2:00 p.m. Livestock and Static Exhibit Release- Anything removed before this time will result in club fines. All pens need to be cleaned. Release times will be assigned by club location. Check the fair office for a schedule!!
7:00 p.m. Bonus Auction
Each Exhibitor will go through the ring one time regardless of how many or what livestock is shown. A minimum bid of $50 and a maximum of $300 will be set. The exhibitors with animal species of rabbit, beef (excluding Bucket Calf), sheep, goats, poultry, and swine will be participants for the Bonus Auction. Cloverbuds are not eligible for the Bonus Auction. Exhibitors shall wear either a white blouse or shirt, or a 4-H or FFA T-shirt with dark colored pants or jeans. Appropriate footwear is recommended.
